I recently bought a new vehicle on Dec 31 2018 paid the premium 251.03 to take it home. Have another vehicle 2003 Saturn ion1 with renters insurance which came out in January 19 2019 138.00.
I called to ask how I could bundle all this together and was told on the 18th of January the bill for the new vehicle had not"generated yet" to call back in a week. I called back and Zac at Deanna Boone State Farm in Riverview Michigan told me that we could do that on Feb 11th and all 3 policies would be taken automatically from my account 388.23.
Imagine my surprise when 639.07 was taken from my account saying my payment for January wasn't made in time. So no cancellation notice no bill and when I called Caleb said maybe the employee didn't know when he Sent up the agreement. Really? So having the vehicle for less than 6 weeks I've paid 753.00 for insurance just in the new car and they will not give me credit for the payment I made when I purchased the vehicle.
I'm done with state farm they have no integrity and they are trying to rip people off so I have switched but I will talk badly about them whenever I can !!!!!!!!! Rip Offf!!!!!!!
